SDAG Scholarship Information
SDGS prepared two Fund Charters for the Scholarship program:
The General Scholarship Fund and the Michael J. Walawender Scholarship Fund (Fund Charters links below).
The Fund Charters are documents adopted by the Organization's Board of Directors.
The Charters describe the history of a fund, donor intent, the purposes for which the fund may and may not be used,
the Board's goals for the fund, administrative operating criteria, and financial operating criteria.
The Fund Charters demonstrate the Board's commitment to prudent management of the Organization's resources and
compliance with applicable accounting and legal standards.
